Biggest blog ever for Melanie & Nick since they have been so incredibly patient with my falling behind at this ridiculously busy time of year! Mel & Nick were expecting a warm, sunny Saturday having booked a January wedding but who would have predicted such a cold, wet, windy day? Poor Mel kept peeking out the bedroom window where she was getting ready at Explorer's Inn in New Norfolk, hoping the showers might pass, but alas...they didn't! Never mind...their garden ceremony at Redlands still went ahead under umbrellas! And I couldn't have been more excited to see a bright rainbow form in the sky just afterwards which of course I had to capture the couple kissing under! With endless, rustic backdrops to choose from at Redlands and perfect light I was in Heaven during the portrait hour. And how great does this marquee look all lit up at night? Congrats to this gorgeous couple!!
